Refer someone. Earn the fee they pay.

When somebody you refer buys or sells a home on ResiUnlocked, you earn the whole of the fee we charge them. The fee is never less than £250, so neither is your reward.

  1. Share your code

    Send your link, or give them your code to type in when they sign up.

  2. They sign up

    They add your code when they create their account. It cannot be added afterwards.

  3. Their sale exchanges

    When contracts exchange on a deal of theirs and we charge them our fee, you earn that fee. On a £700,000 sale that is £700.

The small print

  • What you earn. The exchange fee we charge the person you referred on a deal, for their side of it only. Our fee is 0.1% of the agreed price from each side, with a minimum of £250.
  • When you earn it. Only when that fee has actually been charged, which is when contracts exchange. A sale that falls through earns nothing.
  • The code goes in at signup. A person can be referred once, by one code, and only when their account is created.
  • Not on your own deals. You earn nothing on a deal you are yourself part of, and nothing for referring yourself.
  • We check before we pay. Rewards are reviewed, and we may withhold one where we believe a referral was made to game the scheme, for example through accounts set up by the same person.
  • Getting paid. We will email you to arrange payment once a reward is earned. Rewards may be taxable; that is yours to report.
  • It costs the person you refer nothing extra. They pay the same fee as anyone else. We may change or end this offer, and a change does not affect rewards already earned.
